Your Contribution
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and peripherals
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide technical support to employees through phone, email, or onsite assistance.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Perform system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Ensure the security of IT systems by implementing security policies, antivirus solutions, and software updates.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, software licensing, and technical support.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and IT projects.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and industry best practices.
- Experience in Smart Manufacturing / Industry 4.0 environments, with knowledge of operating systems such as Linux, SQL databases, and industrial/machine communication protocols being an advantage.
- Previous experience in working and supporting Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and solutions would be an advantage.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network engineering.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple IT projects and priorities.
- Strong ownership and accountability.
