Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Mobile Device Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of corporate mobile devices, mobile numbers, eSIMs, carrier plans, assignments, transfers, returns, replacements, spare stock, and retired devices.
- Device Provisioning and Lifecycle Operations: Provision and prepare mobile devices for deployment. Coordinate device distribution, collection, replacement, recommissioning, and retirement throughout the complete device lifecycle.
- EMM Policy and Patch Execution: Execute established Microsoft Intune/EMM security, configuration, and compliance policies. Monitor and coordinate iOS/iPadOS updates and device patch compliance.
- Carrier Service Management: Process roaming requests, including request intake, scheduling, activation, and confirmation. Coordinate mobile plan renewals, eSIM activations and replacements, service changes, carrier application forms, and related internal purchase requisition processes.
- Carrier Billing Administration: Process and reconcile monthly carrier billing, validate service charges and plan usage, resolve billing discrepancies, and support internal payment and expense-allocation procedures.
- Mobile User Support: Provide user-facing operational support for mobile device, enrollment, connectivity, eSIM, and carrier-service issues. Coordinate escalations with internal technical teams, carriers, and service providers when required.
- Secondary IoT and Facilities Support: Provide supplementary operational support for selected IoT and facility technology services, such as CCTV and entrance security/door access-card systems. Assist with basic coordination, record maintenance, initial issue triage, and escalation to the responsible technical teams. The position’s primary responsibility remains EMM and mobile device operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune or another enterprise EMM/MDM platform.
- Knowledge of mobile device inventory, provisioning, deployment, patching, replacement, and retirement.
- Experience with carrier operations, including roaming, mobile plans, eSIMs, monthly billing, and application processing.
- Familiarity with iOS/iPadOS security, compliance policies, and end-user support.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV, physical access-control, and IoT systems.
- Working knowledge of T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server, including monitoring, patching, backup, and recovery.
- Understanding of HA/DR, SOX compliance, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles.
- Strong communication, organization, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills.
