IT Engineer Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the organisation’s IT infrastructure and security systems.
Develop and update IT policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Evaluate and improve IT infrastructure solutions to meet business needs.
Oversee system development, implementation, and integration.
Supervise system architecture and engineering activities.
Monitor equipment performance during installation and testing.
Oversee equipment testing and operational performance.
Coordinate software and hardware engineers in system optimisation and testing.
Assist the Project Manager in addressing clients’ technical enquiries.
IT Support Engineer Responsibilities:
Provide IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, peripherals, and software.
Manage Windows systems, Microsoft Office 365, email, and user accounts.
Resolve LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and network connectivity issues.
Perform system maintenance, software updates, and security patching.
Support IT infrastructure upgrades, equipment deployment, and new user setup.
Maintain IT asset inventories, technical documentation, and service records.
Liaise with external vendors and regional IT teams to resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity, and data protection requirements.
Support daily office operations and IT-related projects.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant IT support experience, with relevant experience is welcome to apply.
Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
Experience in user account management, software installation, and IT asset management.
Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, endpoint security, or remote support tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
