IT Engineer

Desktop level engineer,

3 days a week, for 2 months - based on site in Oaklands Office Park, Hooton, Ellesmere Port

£200 per day Inside IR35

Duties and Responsibilities

IT Support & Supplier Management

• First point of contact for internal IT queries
• Work to resolve incidents and service requests
• Manage service alerts, escalations and ticket queries
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve business and technical issues
• Coordinate and follow up on outstanding actions

On/Off Boarding

• Internal oversight of onboarding, offboarding changes
• Work with HR and hiring managers to track progress and provide updates
• Ensure accounts, equipment and access requests are completed.
• Maintain internal IT onboarding tracker
• Configure additional requirements such as mobile phones, phone numbers and internal systems access

Systems Administration

Day-to-day administration/health checks where needed for:

• Microsoft 365
• Entra ID
• Intune
• Microsoft Defender
• uSecure
• User management
• Gap analysis
• Phishing simulations
• Keeper Security
• User management
• Risk scores etc
• Support Vulnerability Management Activities
