IT Engineer with Cybersecurity Skill

We are hiring an IT Engineer with a strong background in cybersecurity. This role involves managing and supporting IT infrastructure while ensuring that all systems, devices, and data are secured against threats.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on cybersecurity experience and be confident in identifying vulnerabilities, mitigating risks, and implementing protective measures—especially on Apple (macOS/iOS) devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect Mac (and iPhone, if needed) for any signs of compromise.

• Check system logs, active processes, installed apps, profiles, and configurations.

• Identify and remove any malicious files or suspicious software.

• Configure security settings, firewalls, and endpoint protection tools.

• Recommend best practices for ongoing device security.

• Clearly communicate findings and actions taken to the client.

• Conduct system security assessments, patch management, and vulnerability scans.

• Monitor endpoints and respond to suspicious activity or incidents.

Requirements

• Solid experience in IT support and cybersecurity.

• Knowledge of endpoint protection, firewalls, and threat detection tools.

• Experience in securing Mac and iPhone devices.

• Good knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and best practices.

• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.

• Excellent communication skills – ability to explain technical issues clearly.
