IT Engineer
Working Location : Amata City Industrial Estate, Chonburi Province
Working Day-Hours : Monday-Friday 08.00-18.00
Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware and equipment, including computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
Provide first-level troubleshooting and technical support for hardware and software issues.
Install and configure computers, printers, and IT equipment for new employees.
Troubleshoot basic computer, printer, network, and IT equipment problems.
Check defective equipment and coordinate with vendors or external service providers for repair and maintenance.
Maintain and update IT asset records, including equipment status, repairs, replacements, and usage.
Provide technical support and guidance to employees regarding IT equipment and basic IT usage.
Support IT operations in both office and factory areas as required.
Communicate and coordinate with Chinese-speaking managers and employees regarding IT issues and requirements.
Prepare IT-related reports and documents and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Engineer, or IT Hardware-related positions.
Good knowledge and experience in troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
Good command of Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate in a working environment.
Able to communicate and coordinate with Chinese-speaking managers and foreign employees.
Able to work in a factory environment and provide on-site IT support when required.
Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
