IT Engineer (楊梅幼獅工業區)

1. ERP & Reporting Operations (Primary Focus - 60%)

• ERP Support: Maintain the daily operations of the TIPTOP GP system, supporting users across global sites in Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, RMA, and Quality modules (Internal training provided).
• Reporting & Data Analysis:

o Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data for cross-departmental business analysis.
o Develop and maintain Crystal Reports.
o Maintain Excel VBA macros to automate daily reporting workflows.
2. IT Infrastructure, Security & Helpdesk (Secondary Focus - 30%)

• Account & Access Management: Manage user permissions for Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Office 365, Jira, etc.
• IT Maintenance: Assist in monitoring servers (VM/Physical), managing system backups, and providing basic network troubleshooting.
• User Support: Act as the technical contact point for Taiwan users, providing essential IT helpdesk support.

3. Process Automation & Internal Tools (Minor Focus - 10%)

• Business Process Automation (BPA): Implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate/Apps) to reduce manual administrative tasks.
