驗證並維護監控系統和門禁控制系統的運行。
按照政策規定，安裝、配置和維護具有正式許可和授權的軟體應用程式。
為所有用戶提供 IT 支援，處理技術諮詢並解決技術問題。
監控系統性能，識別潛在的性能問題，並提供安全的工作環境。

• Responsible for Microsoft 365 admin center, Exchange, NAS, and Windows Active Directory including configurations setup and maintenance operation.
• Responsible for the network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and cabling connections. Identifying and resolving system and network issue to provide the stable network environment for business.
• Verifying and maintaining the operation of monitoring and door access control systems.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining software application with the official license and permit following the policy.
• Providing IT support to all users with addressing technical inquiries and resolving technical issue.
• Monitoring system performance, identifying potential performance issues, and providing a secure working environment.
