About the Role
We are seeking a strategic Enterprise Architect to shape the organization’s overall technology direction, architecture roadmap, and governance framework. This role will work closely with Solution Architects and key stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain the company’s enterprise architecture roadmap and framework.
Establish architecture principles, standards, and governance for Solution Architecture teams.
Partner with Solution Architects to ensure consistency and alignment across projects.
Provide strategic guidance on enterprise-wide technology direction and architecture.
Focus on high-level architecture and long-term strategy rather than hands-on technical implementation.
Contribute to the development of the organization’s AI adoption and technology roadmap.
Assess architecture decisions and ensure they support business objectives and future growth.
Requirements
5+ years of IT experience, with 3–5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture.
Strong experience in IT Enterprise Architecture.
Background in Solution Architecture, with progression into an Enterprise Architect role preferred.
TOGAF certification with practical experience is required.
Strong understanding of TOGAF principles, layers, and their application in architecture and governance.
Solid knowledge of enterprise architecture, technology governance, and IT strategy.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English in both spoken and written communication, with experience working with international teams.
