IT Environment Manager
Work from the office 3 days a week + 2 days remotely
Responsibilities:
Own and govern lower (Dev, Test) and higher (PreProd) environments and support Production activities when required
Support account migration initiatives, ledger system transitions, and data quality improvement activities
Drive resolution of environment-related issues and incidents across multiple environments
Support Production Go Live preparations and execution, including weekend activities when needed
Identify, manage, and resolve environment-related risks, dependencies, and impediments
Define environment requirements for procurement, configuration, and ongoing maintenance
Plan, schedule, and govern environment availability and usage
Track environment dependencies including failover tests, functional releases, infrastructure updates, and patches
Support infrastructure lifecycle activities including introduction of new technologies and decommissioning of legacy solutions
Coordinate trial conversions, environment refreshes, database imports, and technical support activities
Manage user access to environments
Resolve scheduling conflicts between Agile Release Trains using shared environments
Coordinate environment activities with infrastructure, operations, testing, maintenance, and production support teams
Ensure delivery of environment refreshes, code installations, database imports, and related activities according to schedule
Monitor availability and status of key test and performance environments
Drive completion of environment-related work across internal and legacy teams
Manage vendor engagement related to environment setup, testing, dress rehearsals, and go-live events
Maintain environment-related Jira tickets, enabler features, and external dependencies
Facilitate ART ceremonies and support teams in delivering planned outcomes
Requirements:
Several years of experience managing IT projects or IT services in complex environments with Infrastructure and/or Platforms focus
Strong ability to proactively identify, manage, and resolve risks, dependencies, and environment issues
Fluent English communication skills
Strong relationship management, collaboration, and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across multiple teams and functions
Ability to understand technical aspects of environments and coordinate resolution of complex issues with technical experts and managers
Proactive and systematic approach to work
Nice to have:
Understanding of Agile methodologies or SAFe
Experience with Enterprise Infrastructure such as application servers, databases, networks, or firewalls
Familiarity with Temenos Transact products
Experience supporting large-scale migrations, Final Dress Rehearsals, or Production Go Live activities
Experience working with distributed teams and external vendors in environment management initiatives
