About the role
We are seeking a talented IT Executive (Batch Acceptance & Configuration) to join the dynamic team at Noble Technology & Engineering (Pte. Ltd.) in the West/Central/North-East Region. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our clients' IT systems and infrastructure.
What you'll be doing
Perform batch acceptance testing to validate the functionality and performance of IT systems and applications
Assist with the configuration and deployment of IT systems and applications, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to provide timely and effective solutions
Maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, testing procedures, and issue resolution
Collaborate with the wider IT team to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and reliability
Provide support and guidance to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and applications
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field
Strong technical skills in system configuration, troubleshooting, and testing
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networks, and systems administration concepts
Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT, such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL, would be an advantage
