IT Executive

About the role

To maintain and support the company's IT systems, ERP web applications, SQL Server databases, and AI tools. The role helps ensure reliable systems, accurate data, efficient operations, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve ERP systems and web applications

• Develop and maintain web applications, system modules, reports, and dashboards

• Work with users to understand requirements and improve workflows

• Test, debug, deploy, and document system changes

• Coordinate with vendors and third-party systems for API integration and system upgrades

• Manage Microsoft SQL Server databases, including tables, views, stored procedures, and queries

• Monitor database performance and fix slow queries, timeouts, blocking, and database growth issues

• Perform database backups, restore tests, integrity checks, and maintenance

• Identify and implement AI tools that improve productivity and efficiency

• Develop AI-assisted workflows, internal assistants, and automation solutions

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• 2–5 years of experience in application support, software development, or database management

• Experience with ERP systems and web applications

• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, and database troubleshooting

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#, or Classic ASP is an advantage

• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and system integration is preferred

• Familiarity with AI tools, automation, and AI-assisted application development

• Knowledge of IT security, database backup and recovery, and change management

• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

• Able to work independently and with different departments
