IT Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize company-wide IT infrastructure, server reliability, and network performance

• Manage ERP system operations, business applications, and lead simple in-house software development

• Direct cybersecurity protocols, data protection strategies, and system backup management

• Lead IT projects, drive continuous improvement, and manage user technical support based on SLA standards

• Schedule and track preventive maintenance to minimize system and network downtime

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing company

• Leadership: Proven track record in team leadership, organizational planning, and IT department management

• Languages: Fluent in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal)

Technical Skills & Tool Proficiencies

• Infrastructure & OS: Server Administration, Active Directory, Networking, Basic Linux

• Applications & Databases: ERP Systems, SQL Database Management, Basic Scripting

• Security & Emerging Tech: Cybersecurity frameworks, AI Tools & Agents

• Productivity Suites: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Meet)
