IT Executive

Role:

· To undertake efficient utilisation of hardware and software at Sani Steel, Hindustan Marketing and Cama Electrical Pvt. Ltd.

· To undertake network administration for all the above companies

· To undertake data protection

Job Responsibilities:

· Undertakes efficient utilisation of hardware and software at Sani Steel, Hindustan Marketing and Cama Electrical Pvt. Ltd. :

o Provides user support through troubleshooting with respect to software (SAP, Sales Force, Appsheet, Smart Agent etc.) usage for all users

o Provides timely input for AMC renewals for hardware and software

o Supervises hardware maintenance through applicable vendors

· Provides IT equipment and software logins to users as per business requirement in accordance with applicable approvals:

o Issues SIM cards on joining and takes back the same during exit

o Provides mail/ server/ applicable software access for new joinees and disables the same on exit

· Facilitates training of users to use all hardware and software applications efficiently:

o Imparts pre-launch training of users for new applications or facilitates through vendors

o Imparts training or facilitates through vendors so that users are appropriately trained to generate reports leveraging available and new software platforms

o Imparts periodic refresher training of all relevant users

· Facilitates proper network administration for all the above companies

o Facilitates network support for all users

o Undertakes data protection through applicable firewalls

· Maintains server health with respect to both local server and cloud server through periodic maintenance

· Facilitates data accessibility from cloud in coordination with vendors

o Facilitates utilisation of SAP

o Facilitates utilisation of other software applications such as for Salesforce for CRM, Greyt for HR etc.

· Facilitates proper functioning of all hardware with associated drivers through maintenance by vendors to facilitate operations and communication:

o Facilitates maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers etc.

o Facilitates maintenance of EPABX, CCTV cameras, bio metric attendance devices

· Participates in improvement projects involving cross functional collaboration

· Keeps self, updated through continuous learning and critical exposure to contribute to current and future business imperatives

· Performs all such duties required for this role as per the changing business requirements and strategic objectives of the Organisation
