Salary: $3,500 – $4,500 per month
Basic Up To $4,500 (Depends on Experience)

Job Responsibilities :
Provide Level 2 IT support across end-user devices, servers, cloud platforms, applications and networks, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Monitor IT systems and services, enhance alerts and implement automation/scripting to improve incident response, efficiency and service levels.
Manage ITSM processes, including incident tracking, escalation, documentation, workflow improvements and adherence to ITIL practices.
Maintain IT infrastructure and services through preventive maintenance, performance monitoring, configuration, testing and post-incident reviews.
Lead knowledge management by creating and updating KB articles, supporting users, coaching Level 1 teams and identifying recurring issues for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements :
Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of relevant IT support experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, Windows Server, Windows 10 and MS SQL Server.
Good understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes and tools, such as ServiceNow or ServiceDesk; ITIL certification is an advantage.
Experience with PowerShell, Python or Bash scripting, application support (.NET/IIS), and client-server environments is preferred.
Knowledge of mobile application support, MDM solutions (AirWatch/Intune) and Apple devices would be an added advantage.
