Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 per month
Location: Surian Tower, Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
Working Hours: Monday – Friday
Accessibility: Just a few minutes’ walk from the nearest MRT station
Basic Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000 (depending on experience and seniority)
About the role
We are seeking an IT Executive to provide daily IT support, maintain systems and networks, and assist with IT projects to ensure smooth business operations.
Key responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment
Manage user accounts, email systems, and access rights to ensure data security and compliance
Perform regular system backups, updates, and preventive maintenance
Support implementation of IT projects, including system upgrades and new software rollouts
Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure
Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases and support
Document IT processes, policies, and troubleshooting guides for staff reference
Provide training and guidance to staff on IT tools and best practices
Undertake any other ad-hoc IT tasks assigned by management
About you
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
1–2 years of working experience in IT support or system administration
Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and common business applications
Familiarity with IT security practices and data protection
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Good communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus)
