IT Executive (System & Digital Administration)

Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 4,500 per month
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically capable IT Executive to manage the Company's IT systems, CRM, e-commerce platforms, websites and internal web applications. The role involves providing technical support, developing basic web applications and leveraging AI tools to improve digital operations, automation and work efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. System & CRM Administration
Manage system configurations, user access, permissions, security and CRM operations, including agent reporting, data validation and troubleshooting.
Configure campaigns, promotions and vouchers, monitor system inventory and sales-related stock records, and generate reports for agent communications, operational analysis and management requirements.
2. E-Commerce & Website Management
Manage e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, descriptions, promotions, product setup, stock updates and synchronisation.
Maintain company websites and internal HQ web applications, ensuring proper functionality, user access, data accuracy and operational availability.
Monitor website performance, checkout processes, order-related issues, security, backups and system stability. Perform regular updates, maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve technical issues and improve e-commerce operations through system enhancements and automation.
3. Web Application Development & AI Tools
Develop, maintain and test simple web-based applications for company events and internal operations, including registration forms, attendance tracking systems, participant databases and reporting dashboards.
Utilise AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and GitHub Copilot to assist with coding, debugging, application development, technical troubleshooting and workflow automation.
Work with relevant departments to understand requirements and provide suitable digital solutions.
4. IT Infrastructure & Technical Support
Set up, configure and maintain computers, printers, network devices, software and other IT equipment.
Provide technical support for employee onboarding, device configuration, software installation and hardware, software, network and system-related troubleshooting.
Assist with network configuration, monitoring and IT infrastructure management to ensure stable connectivity and minimise operational disruptions.
Maintain documentation of IT assets, system configurations, technical procedures and troubleshooting records.
5. General Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to improve IT systems, digital infrastructure and business processes.
Collaborate with internal departments to provide suitable IT solutions.
Ensure system security, data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with Company policies.
Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT administration, system support, website management or related fields.
Experience managing IT systems, CRM, websites and e-commerce platforms.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web application development and database management.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or GitHub Copilot for coding, troubleshooting and application development.
Knowledge of APIs, system integration, web hosting, cloud hosting, website security and workflow automation will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and communicate effectively with different departments.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
