IT Executive

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and technically capable IT Executive to provide end-user technical support, support business applications, and participate in IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, diagnostics, and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, tablets, hardware, software, Windows 11, and Microsoft Office 365.

• Support cloud applications, databases, and enterprise business applications.

• Assist in IT projects, system implementation, application deployment and system integration.

• Participate in digital transformation and business process re-engineering.

• Support the development and maintenance of low-code/no-code business applications using platforms such as Monday.com, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar tools.

• Assist with application troubleshooting by reviewing source code, scripts, database queries, and system configurations where necessary.

• Provide basic support for Active Directory, networking, and server infrastructure.

• Assist in IT procurement, hardware and software purchases, and vendor management.

• Liaise with users, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve IT operations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Computing, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of relevant IT experience, particularly in user technical support, IT projects, application support, or system implementation.

• Good knowledge of desktop, laptop, and tablet hardware/software troubleshooting, Windows 11, and Microsoft Office 365.

• Familiarity with cloud applications, ERP systems, databases, and SQL, with the ability to read and understand source code or scripts such as Excel VBA, Java, C, Python, HTML5/CSS3, or ERP application code.

• Experience or knowledge of digital transformation, business process re-engineering, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code platforms such as Monday.com or Microsoft Power Platform.

• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, networking, and server infrastructure. Familiarity with APIs, system integration, and data migration is an advantage.

• Ability to assist with IT project implementation, IT procurement, and vendor management.

• Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn new technologies and take on new challenges and responsibilities.
