IT & Facilities Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and administration for internal IT systems and business platforms.
- Assist with management and optimisation of:
- Internal inventory systems
- CRM systems
- User management systems
- Single Sign-On (SSO) environments
- Internal inventory systems
- Support and maintain company network infrastructure across multiple office locations.
- Assist with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of:
- Firewalls
- VPNs
- Network equipment
- Wi-Fi infrastructure
- Office connectivity
- Firewalls
- Manage and support company hardware including:
- MacBooks
- Printers
- Office devices and peripherals
- MacBooks
- Assist with onboarding and off-boarding of employees, including account provisioning and access control.
- Ensure good cybersecurity practices across the business, including device management, access policies, and user awareness.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers where required.
- Assist in maintaining secure IT environments and enforcing cybersecurity best practices.
- Manage:
- User access permissions
- Password management
- VPN access
- SSO and authentication systems
- User access permissions
- Support implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Monitor and respond to basic IT security incidents and escalate where necessary.
- Support IT and operational infrastructure across multiple office locations.
- Ensure stable and reliable connectivity and operational readiness at all sites.
- Coordinate infrastructure improvements and upgrades where needed.
Facilities Management Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations and ensure office environments are functional, safe, and well maintained.
- Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
- Manage office infrastructure including:
- Printers
- Power systems
- Airflow and fresh air systems
- General office equipment
- Printers
- Support office renovations, upgrades, and workspace improvements.
- Assist in managing power infrastructure and continuity planning.
- Coordinate maintenance and monitoring of backup power systems where applicable.
- Ensure office infrastructure supports operational reliability and growth.
- Support office expansion projects and infrastructure improvements.
- Coordinate contractors and service providers for renovations and maintenance work.
- Ensure facilities remain clean, organised, and operationally efficient.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, facilities management, or operational infrastructure roles.
- Strong understanding of:
- Networking
- Firewalls
- VPNs
- User management
- MacOS environments
- Cybersecurity fundamentals
- Experience supporting cloud-based systems, SSO, and office IT infrastructure.
- Practical understanding of facility operations and office management.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues independently.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.
- Experience in technology, IoT, or high-growth operational environments.
- Familiarity with:
- Google Workspace / Microsoft 365
- Network monitoring platforms
- Apple device management
- Access control systems
- Google Workspace / Microsoft 365
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, and multi-site operations.
