IT Field Engineer (12hr rotating shift, 2day on/off)
Summary
On-site IT Field Engineer providing 24/7 system, network, and desktop support with 12-hour rotating shifts (2 days on/off) at Changi Airport, ensuring SLA compliance.
Work Location: Changi Airport
Employment Type: 1-year contract (renewable)
Fixed Allowance: $300 (Shift)
Working Days/Hours:
- 12-hour rotating shift hour
- 2 days work and 2 days off rotational shift (AM Shift: 8AM to 8PM; Night Shift 8PM to 8AM)
For Malaysian candidate, must be willing to stay in Singapore for this role. Bilingual in English & Mandarin as need to handle Chinese counterpart.
Responsibilities
- Attend to and perform daily support, maintenance, and troubleshooting onsite and offsite
- Provide on-site support for various systems, network, and desktop troubleshooting, to ensure that the service meets the SLA
- To work with product team on any system enhancement or troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT or relevant discipline.
- Prefer experience in IT Field Engineer and good working knowledge in Windows OS, Basic Networking.
- Experience in customer support environment will be advantageous.
- Good technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills, with strong customer-oriented attitude and inter-personal skills,
- Willing to travel to multiple sites
- Willing to work alternate shift hours: 2 days work and 2 days off rotational shift (AM Shift: 8AM to 8PM; PM Shift 8PM to 8AM)
