Summary
Builds and maintains web-based internal applications and IT systems for the company, handling both front-end and back-end work (HTML/CSS/JavaScript, REST APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL). Also supports IT infrastructure (hardware, network, user devices) and basic multimedia tasks like graphic design and video editing.
About the role
Develop, maintain, and enhance web-based applications and internal IT systems. Handle both front-end and back-end development, including database integration and API development. Support system integration, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and ongoing application maintenance. Maintain IT hardware, software, network connectivity, user devices, and basic IT infrastructure. Support multimedia requirements such as basic graphic design, photo/video editing, presentation materials, and digital content. Work closely with operational and administrative teams to understand business requirements and provide practical technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance web-based applications and internal IT systems
Handle both front-end and back-end development, including database integration and API development
Support system integration, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and ongoing application maintenance
Maintain IT hardware, software, network connectivity, user devices, and basic IT infrastructure
Support multimedia requirements such as basic graphic design, photo/video editing, presentation materials, and digital content
Work closely with operational and administrative teams to understand business requirements and provide practical technology solutions
Prepare basic technical documentation, system procedures, and maintenance records
Monitor system performance, identify technical issues, and perform preventive maintenance where required
About you
Minimum education: D3/S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
Practical experience in Full Stack Web Development, covering both front-end and back-end development
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern front-end development concepts
Good understanding of back-end programming, REST API, server-side logic, and database management
Familiar with relational databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL and basic database design
Familiar with Git/version control and basic software development workflow
Able to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and common user IT issues
Basic knowledge of multimedia tools for image, video, presentation, or digital content production
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the IT and operational teams
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and willingness to learn
