IT Governance Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce IT governance policies, cybersecurity protocols, and data protection to meet regulatory standards (e.g., SFC guidelines).

• Manage external vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA compliance and quality service.

• Manage daily hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network systems.

• Maintain and troubleshoot servers, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud infrastructure.

• Execute system upgrades, patch management, and IT deployment projects.

• Serve as the senior escalation point for technical issues and support internal users across all departments.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure management.

• Financial industry experience with SFC regulatory compliance knowledge is highly preferred.

• Proficient in iOS, Windows, Linux, and network management tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

• Immediate availability is preferred
