IT Governance Manager (Insurance)
Salary: ฿80,000 – ฿120,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Ensure IT operations and processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
Act as a key point of contact for regulators and external stakeholders, including supporting regulatory reviews and examinations.
Monitor and assess IT risks, controls, compliance gaps, and remediation plans.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including IT, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and business teams.
Prepare and present governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory reports to senior management.
Lead and manage the IT Governance team, including coaching, performance management, and resource planning.
Drive continuous improvement of IT governance processes and control frameworks.
Support audits and ensure timely follow-up and closure of audit findings.
Stay up to date with changes in IT regulations, cybersecurity requirements, and industry best practices.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in IT Governance, IT Risk, IT Compliance, or IT GRC.
Experience within the insurance, banking, or financial services industry is highly preferred.
Proven experience working with regulators and regulatory requirements.
Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, risk management, compliance, and internal controls.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Previous experience in team management or people leadership.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Professional certification such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, CISSP, ISO 27001, or other relevant certifications is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
