Job Profile

• To installing new software and hardware.
• To giving technical support to end-users.
• To providing computer support services both for software and hardware.
• To testing of computers and ensuring that computer systems are

functioning properly.

• To check networking connections with computers.
• To carrying out other duties as you may be requested by management.
• To maintaining other computer peripheral devices such as printers and

solving printing problems if they arise.

• To carry out the peripheral repairs.

Skills

1. Ability to handle computer hardware and software.

2. Well versed with different operating systems and anti-virus systems.

3. Ability to install the new software.

Experience

Minimum Fresher

Preferable 4+ years.

Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in basic hardware networking
