Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven IT HCM Solution Architect to join our team in Mumbai. This role is responsible for designing and delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across HR and the wider ERP ecosystem. The position will play a key role in a major enterprise transformation, including the modernization of core systems. The successful candidate will work closely with HR, IT, Finance, ERP teams, and implementation partners to design scalable solutions, ensure seamless system integration, and support end-to-end project delivery. Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle HCM Cloud solution design across Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Absence, Time & Labor, and Benefits.

  • Design scalable HCM solutions aligned with business requirements and technology standards.

  • Ensure effective integration between Oracle HCM, Oracle ERP, and other enterprise systems.

  • Act as a liaison between HCM and ERP implementation teams.

  • Support solution lifecycle activities including design, proof of concepts (POCs), testing, deployment, and post go-live support.

  • Develop and document solution architecture, data flows, and integration requirements.

  • Build and support integrations using HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL), REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud.

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend solutions.

  • Provide guidance to project teams, vendors, consultants, and senior stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud best practices and solution governance standards.

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Absence, Time & Labor).

  • Good understanding of Oracle ERP and its integration with HCM (Finance, Payroll, Projects).

  • Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, and REST/SOAP APIs.

  • Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud and enterprise integration frameworks.

  • Ability to design end-to-end HCM solutions in complex environments.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience, with strong focus on Oracle HCM.
  • Minimum 3 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
  • Experience working with vendors, consultants, or implementation partners.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification (preferred).
  • Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, security, and integration tools (preferred).
