About the Company

Our client is a leading multinational corporation specializing in energy management, industrial automation, and digital solutions, with a strong global presence and commitment to innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4 IT professionals, driving IT strategy and operational excellence in Taiwan.

• Spearhead digital transformation projects, including AI adoption, process automation, and technology optimization.

• Partner closely with C-level executives to align IT strategies with business objectives.

• Lead the local implementation of global and regional IT projects, ensuring successful execution and stakeholder alignment.

• Collaborate with overseas headquarters and regional IT teams to drive technology initiatives.

• Oversee IT operations, enterprise systems, governance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven IT leadership experience, preferably within a multinational corporation.

• Strong people management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Solid experience in digital transformation and end-to-end IT project management.

• Experience working with overseas headquarters or foreign parent companies in a matrix organization.

• Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and influence business decisions.

• Knowledge of AI adoption and enterprise technology solutions.

• ERP experience is a strong advantage.

• Fluent English is essential.
