IT Health Support Specialist

Must haves:

• STRONGLY PREFER CERTS: CompTIA • 2+ years of Healthcare IT EMR/EHR experience required. • At least 2 years of relevant experience in technical support, healthcare IT, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience. • 2+ years experience with: VMware, Citrix, and RDP. • 2+ years with SQL.• Needs strong communication – will communicate with customers all day.
