About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Key responsibilities include responding to help desk requests, troubleshooting system problems, installing and configuring software, and maintaining documentation of IT processes. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
