IT Helpdesk Engineer (Located at CBD)

Job Summary:

Seeking an IT Helpdesk Engineer to deliver reliable onsite support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Maintain and support Windows operating systems and business applications.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Office.
• Manage Identity & Access Management using Azure AD (Entra ID).
• Support network connectivity including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware maintenance and fault resolution.
• Perform software installation, system configuration, and updates.
• Manage incident, service request, and problem tickets within agreed service levels.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or IT operations support.
• Experience supporting enterprise users in an onsite environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is an added advantage.
• Understanding of IT concepts such as networking, cybersecurity, and cloud computing is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, good time management, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
