IT HELP DESK TECHNICIAN - WAREHOUSE (Seasonal)
Vantage Way Warehouse — On-Site | October – December | Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm
Natural Life is looking for a seasonal IT Help Desk Technician to support our warehouse team during our busiest, most exciting time of year! You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, keep our systems running smoothly, and be the go-to tech resource for our warehouse associates.
What you'll do:
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
• Set up and configure computers and printers to spec
• Maintain preventive maintenance logs to keep systems running smoothly
• Support warehouse associates with day-to-day tech needs
• Keep cables, equipment, and workstations organized and ready to go
What we're looking for:
• Two-year degree or equivalent experience
• Warehouse or hands-on tech support experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and stay calm in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment
• Available to work on-site at our Vantage Way warehouse, Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm
