IT Implementation Consultant

Salary: Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 10.000.000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for an IT Implementation Consultant to lead the final stage of our product development and its rollout into business operations. You will be the bridge between the technology team and business users, making sure the product is finalized, adopted, and delivers real business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Finalization: Review product features against business requirements, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and work with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues before go-live.

• Business Implementation: Map business processes to the system, prepare the go-live plan, support data migration, and manage the rollout to business users.

• User Enablement: Conduct user training, develop user guides and SOPs, and provide post-go-live support (hypercare).

• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular progress updates, manage expectations across business and technical teams, facilitate workshops, and escalate risks early.

• Documentation & Handover: Prepare implementation documentation and hand over to the internal team by the end of the contract.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Business, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in software implementation, IT consulting, business analysis, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and the reverse.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Hands-on experience with UAT, go-live, and end-user training.

• Familiarity with project tools (Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar). Basic SQL or data handling is a plus.
