We need someone who can:

• Serve as primary accountable owner to intake Medicaid claims and financial requirements from partner and translate that into codified requirements for configuration and testing teams
• Manage the Claims & Benefits BA team during the implementation, which includes decisions on resource allocations, staffing assignments and coaching team members on the delivery work, and collaborate with the other teams in the decision-making process
• Work directly with Partner Delivery teams and Configuration teams to manage deliverables, prioritization, risks, issues, weekly progress, quality concerns etc
• Develop a scalable approach in collaboration with configuration teams for managing healthcare plan implementation including but not limited to – standard template for in taking Partner’s healthcare plan information into configuration templates, delivery of Claims Benefits and Encounters
• Develop a playbook and approach for all future implementations, drive continuous improvement where applicable with process enhancements
• Work collaboratively and drive alignment amongst the key domains and leads where pricing decisions overlap
• Collaborate with business owners throughout the organization to ensure exceptional service and delivery throughout implementation and into operations
• Develop plans for organizing resources, producing deliverables, managing timeframes, and ensuring a seamless delivery of TX MMIS
• Collaborate with business team on readiness for go-live and effective transition to operations
• Work in an agile approach for benefits implementation including but not limited to - defining structure of scrum team, sprint planning, scope of each sprint, roles and responsibilities etc
• Identify gaps that can be solved by leveraging technology and share with leadership for future investments

Team and People Development:

• Manage a high performing Claims & Benefits implementation BA team, development and testing team by providing direction, guidance, and coaching
• Collaborate with other leads to develop delivery expertise across the BA team, development team and testing team, including contributing to a training curriculum and ongoing education on CMdS solutions that further the team’s capabilities
• Collaborate with the people managers of the assigned implementation resources on the career development of team resources in terms of performance, constructive feedback and identifying growth opportunities
• Inspire and motivate the delivery team by embodying Conduent’s values

Basic qualifications for consideration:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 16 years of experience in IT
• Experience and understanding of large scale infrastructure deployments in enterprise-wide environments required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development / Product Implementation
• Strong communication, presentation and networking skills

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

• Good Functional analytical skills. Experience working as product owner in agile development will be highly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal/influencing skills .Excellent articulation, documentation and communication skills both verbal and written
