IT Information Security Operations Analyst - Bank Sector Client
About the Client:
Our client is an established banking and financial services organization in Singapore with a strong focus on information security, technology resilience, and data protection.
They are looking for an Information Security Operations Analyst to join their security team and support day-to-day cryptographic operations, digital certificate management, key management, and related security infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Support and administer data encryption, cryptographic technologies, and key management processes.
- Support enterprise encryption solutions and security controls in accordance with established security standards and industry best practices.
- Administer and support the SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle, including: CSR generationCertificate issuance Certificate renewalCertificate deploymentCertificate revocation
- Support the issuance, renewal, and revocation of digital certificates across supported platforms and applications.
- Maintain and support cryptographic keys, digital certificates, and related security infrastructure.
- Support Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), key management systems, and enterprise data protection solutions.
- Perform operational monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident support relating to cryptographic and certificate services.
- Maintain accurate operational records, inventories, procedures, and technical documentation.
- Work closely with application, infrastructure, security, vendor, and business teams to coordinate certificate and cryptographic-related activities.
- Support security administration and maintenance activities outside normal business hours when required, including weekends and late-night maintenance windows.
- Ensure activities are performed in accordance with internal security policies, operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in information security, infrastructure security, system administration, PKI, certificate management, or a related area.
- Experience within a bank, financial institution, or other highly regulated environment would be advantageous.
Technical Knowledge
- Good understanding of data encryption, cryptographic technologies, and key management practices.
- Understanding of encryption methodologies, security controls, and industry best practices for data protection.
- Knowledge of fundamental cryptographic concepts, including:Public and private keysSymmetric and asymmetric encryptionDigital certificatesPublic Key Infrastructure (PKI)Certificate Signing Requests (CSR)
- Knowledge of security protocols such as TLS/SSL and SSH.
- Experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), key management systems, or enterprise data protection solutions is preferred.
- Familiarity with certificate lifecycle management and Certificate Authorities (CA) would be advantageous.
Key Technical Skills
- Red Hat Linux / AIX
- Windows Server / Windows OS
- Splunk
Exposure to scripting or automation tools such as Shell Script, PowerShell, or Python would be an added advantage.
