UCT is looking for a talented IT Infosec- Enterprise Data Protection Team Lead to join us in Cebu!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Configure and use Microsoft Purview solutions including Data Loss Prevention
(DLP), and Sensitivity labeling
• Monitor alerts and investigate potential data loss or misuse activities.
• Escalate high-risk incidents and support response efforts.
• Analyze user activity and data movement to identify potential risks.
• Assist in refining DLP and labeling policies to reduce false positives.
• Support classification initiatives across Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Assist in audit activities and maintain documentation for compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, and HR on investigations.
Technical Skills
• Microsoft Purview (DLP, labeling, insider risk, audit)
• Data classification and governance fundamentals
• Microsoft 365 platforms (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)

Education and Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in information security, data protection, or compliance
• Experience with Microsoft Purview or similar tools preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
