To strengthen our IT team in Eynatten, we are looking for a:
IT Infrastructure Operations Specialist (m/f/x)
As an IT Infrastructure Operations Specialist, you play a key role in deploying, operating and continuously improving NMC's global IT infrastructure. You contribute to the reliability, security and performance of networks, systems, datacenters, cloud environments and digital workplace solutions while supporting the company's digital transformation roadmap.
Your Responsibilities
Infrastructure Operations: Support the deployment, operation and continuous improvement of the Group's network, systems, datacenter, cloud and digital workplace environments.
Service Availability: Ensure the availability, performance, scalability and reliability of technical platforms.
System Administration: Install, configure and maintain infrastructure components and system software according to corporate standards.
Monitoring: Monitor internal and external infrastructure environments and contribute to incident resolution and root cause analysis.
Cybersecurity: Implement security measures and contribute to the protection and compliance of IT environments.
IT Operations: Support centralized IT operations management and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Digital Transformation: Contribute to cloud, automation and infrastructure standardization projects.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Application, Security and Data teams to ensure successful solution integration.
User Support: Provide end-user support through ticket handling, device deployment and technical assistance.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives that enhance infrastructure efficiency and service quality
Your Profile
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification
Proven experience in IT infrastructure environments.
Experience managing complex infrastructure ecosystems including networking, systems and cloud technologies.
Experience supporting IT operations (RUN) and infrastructure projects (BUILD).
Strong knowledge of on-premises, cloud and hybrid architectures.
Good understanding of ITIL principles, cybersecurity and IT governance.
Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in an international, multi-site environment.
Professional proficiency in French and or German and English
