IT Infrastructure Administrator
Role summary / purpose
Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computing infrastructure, operating systems, and/or middleware products on all computer platforms, including mainframes, workstations, servers, and web servers, in support of 24x7 business processes. Evaluates, implements, and modifies operating system software parameters and/or product solutions for optimal performance. Identifies integration and other interface requirements for all supported products and platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Directs IT strategy for global enterprise infrastructure, aligning with business goals and technology innovations
- Develops enterprise-wide IT policies and ensures regulatory compliance
- Leads IT transformation initiatives and oversees IT operations teams
- Implements cloud-first strategies and ensures security best practices for all IT environments
- Ensures cybersecurity measures, automation, and operational efficiency
Requirements - education & experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT leadership, infrastructure strategy, and cybersecurity governance
