Requirements:

Academic background: Bachelor's degree or Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Science or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum experience: 4 years in IT infrastructure and services administration.
Project Management: Experience leading technological update and innovation projects.
Networks and telecommunications: Solid knowledge in LAN, WAN, IP telephony, links and perimeter security (firewalls, DMZ).
Data Center: Experience in Data Center operation and maintenance (Tier II).
Operating systems: Proficiency in Windows Server and Microsoft Office tools.
Frameworks: Knowledge and application of ITIL and COBIT (intermediate level or higher).
Information security: Familiarity with ISO27001 and compliance with regulatory guidelines (BANXICO, SAT, etc.).
Technical certifications: ITIL, COBIT, ISO27001 (CCNA or CompTIA desirable).
Languages: Native Spanish and minimum English level B2 for interaction with HQ and international suppliers.

Activities:

Guarantee the availability and operation of the technological and telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring compliance with SLA's and security standards (ITIL, COBIT, ISO27001).
Manage infrastructure update and innovation projects, coordinating national and international suppliers and taking care of budget and delivery times.
Operate and maintain the Data Center and critical communication services (LAN, WAN, IP telephony, hosting, firewalls) to ensure business continuity.
