IT Infrastructure and Network Systems Executive

We are a digitalhealth firm seeking a full-time IT professional to support and maintain ourtechnology environment. The role will focus on network integration, serveradministration, firewall and switch management, and overall IT security toensure reliable and secure operations across our business. Experience inhealthcare IT, clinic management systems, HL7, RIS, or PACS will be highlyadvantageous.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Manage and support day-to-day IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, firewalls, switches, and internet connectivity.
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain UniFi network equipment, including gateways, switches, VLANs, access controls, and network segmentation.
  • Troubleshoot network, server, and security issues to minimise downtime and support business continuity.
  • Monitor system health, backups, patches, and security alerts, and take prompt action on issues.
  • Manage firewall rules, user access, VPN connectivity, and other security controls.
  • Support integration and connectivity for healthcare imaging systems, including RIS, PACS, and related clinic or radiology workflows.
  • Work with vendors and external service providers on installations, upgrades, repairs, and technical support.
  • Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, network diagrams, procedures, and changes.
  • Provide end-user IT support when needed and assist with operational issues involving core systems.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, network support, systems administration, or cybersecurity.
  • Hands-on experience with network integration, server management, firewalls, switches, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with UniFi network environments is highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of firewall policies, VLANs, VPNs, network security, and endpoint protection.
  • Experience in healthcare, radiology, imaging centres, clinic management systems, RIS, or PACS is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate must have the right to work in Singapore.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments.
  • Exposure to DICOM, HL7, or other healthcare system integrations.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent network/security certifications.
  • Experience supporting business-critical systems with high availability requirements.
