IT Infrastructure Assistant Manager - Automation - Jakarta (B-133690)

Salary: Rp 12.000.000 – Rp 18.000.000 per month

About The Company:

• The working venue is in South Jakarta.

• Our client is a Machinery (Automation) company. Currently, they are looking for IT Infrastructure Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily IT operations and infrastructure.

• Ensure availability, stability, and security of the company's IT systems and network.

• Manage IT security, access control, cybersecurity, and data protection activities.

• Coordinate IT system integration and application development projects.

• Manage IT vendors, service providers, licenses, and IT assets.

• Monitor IT incidents and ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution.

• Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and security procedures.

• Coordinate with Japan regarding global IT systems, security requirements, and technical issues.

• Support implementation and maintenance of ERP, HR systems, business applications, and other IT solutions.

• Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements.

• Conduct risk assessments and propose improvements to IT infrastructure and security.

• Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff and end users.

• Prepare IT reports, budgets, project updates, and improvement plans for management.

• Ensure IT activities comply with company policies, information security requirements, and applicable regulations.

• Other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma's degree in Computer Science.

• Business-level English.

• 5 years of experience as an IT Staff handling infrastructure in a manufacturing or trading company.

• Residing in Jakarta, Depok, or Bekasi.

• Proactive, analytical, reliable, adaptable, with strong troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
