Cloud Services, Security & Compliance

  • Administer the Microsoft 365 environment, managing user onboarding/offboarding, licensing, distribution lists, and MFA settings.

  • Assist with infrastructure security baselines, including patch management updates, access controls, OS hardening, and Antivirus/EDR deployment.

  • Prepare documentation, system logs, and evidence to support regular IT audits and compliance requirements.

  • Maintain and update critical technical documentation, including network diagrams, server inventories, IP allocation lists, SOPs, and checklists.

What You'll Bring (Requirements)

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or related technical field.

  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, network support, or systems administration (Motivated fresh graduates with solid foundational knowledge are highly welcome).

  • Core Technical Knowledge:

    • Basic grasp of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN).

    • Fundamental understanding of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and File Servers.

    • Basic familiarity with Microsoft 365 core apps (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).

Soft Skills: A strong service-oriented mindset, keen attention to detail, solid problem-solving skills, and a strong drive to learn new enterprise technologies.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise IT ticketing platforms, infrastructure monitoring systems, or endpoint management software.

  • Basic conceptual knowledge of public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or Cloudflare.

  • Familiarity with foundational scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation.

  • Active entry-level certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or equivalent).

Performance Measures (Success Metrics)

  • Consistent execution and completion of routine daily system monitoring.

  • Timely resolution or accurate escalation of system incidents according to internal SLAs.

  • High data backup success rates with immediate, proactive remediation of failed backups.
