IT Infrastructure Engineer (Cloud VMware & Digital Forensics)
Summary
Maintains and administers cloud and on-prem VMware infrastructure, Windows/Linux servers, storage, and backups while providing 24/7 on-call support and troubleshooting.
Job Description:
- Implement, maintain and administer network, OS, storage and backup
- Collaborate system development tasks to include design, implementation, integration and testing
- Provide on call, 24x7 supports for systems on a rotating basis. Implement corrective procedures to resolve production problems and minimize unplanned system outages.
- Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution
- Coordinate with external parties and customers for problem resolutions
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree In Computer Science, Computer Engineering , Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience as software engineer
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure such as OS & network
- Proficient in Window servers (AD, Clustering), Linux (Redhat, Centos)
- Advanced technology background and skills in Storage Area Network (SAN) or Network Attached Storage (NAS)
- Proficient in Networking (CCNA/CCNP)
- Ability to code and perform integrations in different programming and scripting languages, products and tools will be an added advantage
