IT Infrastructure Engineer
Salary: $600 – $900 per month
About the role
This role involves managing the information system for the Indonesia Branch, including collecting and documenting requirements, developing operational manuals, providing user training and technical support, and performing daily system maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure stable operation.
Key responsibilities
Collect requirements for the information system of Indonesia Branch, document them, and communicate to the development team
Develop and continuously optimize operation manuals and training documents for information systems; deliver user training and technical support
Gather system issues, escalate to the development team, and assist the team in issue testing
Perform daily maintenance and preliminary troubleshooting of information systems to ensure stable system operation
Collaborate with business teams and provide relevant data support
Participate in company smart manufacturing projects to drive digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of the factory
About you
Proficient in Office and other office software for document preparation
Minimum 3 year working experience in information system operation & maintenance; familiar with manufacturing production workflows
Able to communicate fluently in Chinese
Strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills; capable of working under moderate pressure
Prior experience in bonded zone customs related system projects is preferred
Hands on experience in SAP B1 implementation and basic SQL programming capability are preferred
