As a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure that supports our internal applications and DevOps toolchain. You will work across a diverse application landscape and contribute to the success of our software development and business operations.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and support business-critical applications and IT infrastructure.
- Design, develop, and continuously improve application infrastructure solutions.
- Perform system patching, upgrades, and stability improvements.
- Monitor application performance and proactively optimize system health and availability.
- Analyze and troubleshoot application, server, and database performance issues.
- Lead incident investigation and resolution activities to minimize downtime.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support.
- Configure, administer, and enhance internal tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our DevOps and infrastructure capabilities.
What you need to succeed
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in infrastructure engineering, automation, or industrial IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, and operating systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a project-based environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
