Key experience we are looking for:
- IT infrastructure operations / systems administration / infrastructure project delivery
- Servers, storage, virtualization and cloud platforms
- On-premises data centre and cloud infrastructure support
- Networking exposure including firewall, load balancer, switches, wireless and VPN
- Infrastructure security, hardening, patching and vulnerability remediation
- Incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, change management and production support
- Experience working with vendors and service providers
- Scripting / automation exposure such as PowerShell or Python would be advantageous
- Government / IM8 experience would be an advantage but is not mandatory
