Summary
On-site engineer in Central Jakarta who installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots enterprise server and storage hardware — HPE, Dell, Lenovo, xFusion servers plus NetApp/Synology storage — covering RAID and provisioning, virtualization support, backup/DR, monitoring, and infrastructure documentation.
Salary: Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 9.000.000 per month
About the role
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise server and storage infrastructure. Manage and support enterprise server platforms from vendors such as HPE, Dell, Lenovo, and xFusion, as well as storage solutions from vendors such as HPE, Dell, Lenovo, NetApp, and Synology.
Key responsibilities
Perform hardware installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for server and storage systems
Manage and support enterprise server platforms from vendors such as HPE, Dell, Lenovo, and xFusion
Manage and support storage solutions from vendors such as HPE, Dell, Lenovo, NetApp, and Synology
Perform server and storage deployment, upgrades, firmware updates, and hardware replacements
Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, availability, and system health
Perform storage provisioning, RAID configuration, disk management, and storage capacity planning
Support server and storage virtualization environments
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot hardware-related issues to ensure system reliability and availability
Assist in implementing backup, disaster recovery, and data protection solutions
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including infrastructure configurations, inventory, and maintenance reports
About you
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, particularly in Server and Storage administration or engineering
Practical experience handling enterprise server hardware from at least one or more of the following brands: HPE, Dell, Lenovo, or xFusion
Practical experience handling storage systems from at least one or more of the following brands: HPE, Dell, Lenovo, NetApp, or Synology
Good understanding of server hardware components, including CPU, RAM, RAID controllers, HDD, SSD, and network interface cards
Good understanding of storage technologies, including RAID, SAN, NAS, and storage provisioning
Familiarity with server operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux
Strong hardware troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Willing to learn new technologies and adapt to different infrastructure environments
