Responsibilities:
Deliver second-level IT support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Assist in the installation of hardware and software components for servers.
Deploy the approved updates/patches for servers and network devices to meet changes in information technology.
Maintain passive components of the network infrastructure to support organizational needs.
Monitor the behavior of the system security for data loss prevention.
Review IT documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Review maintained records of IT assets and inventory processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any related field of studies.
2-5 years of relevant experience.
Good communication skills to carry out coordination/liaison with other sections.
Ability to work under pressure and effectively in a team.
Good experience with operating systems environment (Windows and Linux).
Good experience with LAN and WAN networks technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP).
Good knowledge of switching and routing configuration (Cisco, HP, etc.).
Good knowledge of firewall configuration (FortiGate, Cisco, etc.).
Good experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
Good knowledge of cloud computing systems (Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)).
Good knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
