Responsibilities:

  • Deliver second-level IT support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Assist in the installation of hardware and software components for servers.
  • Deploy the approved updates/patches for servers and network devices to meet changes in information technology.
  • Maintain passive components of the network infrastructure to support organizational needs.
  • Monitor the behavior of the system security for data loss prevention.
  • Review IT documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Review maintained records of IT assets and inventory processes.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any related field of studies.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Good communication skills to carry out coordination/liaison with other sections.
  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively in a team.
  • Good experience with operating systems environment (Windows and Linux).
  • Good experience with LAN and WAN networks technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP).
  • Good knowledge of switching and routing configuration (Cisco, HP, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of firewall configuration (FortiGate, Cisco, etc.).
  • Good experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Good knowledge of cloud computing systems (Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)).
  • Good knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
