IT Infrastructure Manager (Azure, M365)
Summary
Technology/infrastructure manager for an insurance company (hired via RecruitPedia) in Singapore's Central Region: owns the enterprise tech roadmap, Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and platforms like Salesforce and SAP Business One, while leading the infra team, budget, and vendors.
Salary: $7,500 – $10,000 per month
Our client is in Insurance industry. They are looking for a Technology Manager to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Central – easily accessible.
Duties
Develop and execute the enterprise technology roadmap aligned with business objectives, advising the CEO and senior management on technology strategy.
Oversee enterprise architecture, technology governance, system integration standards and best practices across the organisation.
Manage Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, networking, identity, endpoint management and collaboration platforms to ensure security, scalability and reliability.
Lead cybersecurity strategy, security operations, vulnerability management, incident response and regulatory compliance.
Oversee disaster recovery, backup and business continuity planning to ensure operational resilience.
Manage enterprise platforms, including Salesforce, SAP Business One and Microsoft 365, ensuring secure and scalable integration with internal and third-party systems.
Lead and develop the infrastructure and operations team, manage technology budgets, and oversee strategic vendors and service providers.
Evaluate and drive the adoption of AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
With 8 years of relevant experience in technology leadership.
Experience leading enterprise infrastructure in a cloud-first environment.
Experience managing Microsoft cloud technologies, including Azure and Microsoft 365.
Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce.
Experience managing cybersecurity, disaster recovery and business continuity.
