IT Infrastructure Manager/Director

1. Leadership and Strategic Planning for IT Infrastructure:

• Lead the IT Infrastructure team to execute annual work plans and achieve strategic goals.
• Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies to support the company’s digital transformation and operational efficiency.

2. Infrastructure and Security Operations:

• Oversee the planning, management, and execution of internal IT infrastructure, office automation (OA), helpdesk services, and information security systems.
• Manage data centers, hardware/software maintenance, and ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
• Establish and maintain robust information security protection systems.

3. Information Security Compliance Strategy:

• Develop and manage the company's information security compliance policies to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and international standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST).
• Plan and oversee internal and external compliance audits, and implement improvement plans.

4. ISO 27001 Management System Operation and Optimization:

• Fully responsible for the daily operation and continuous improvement of the ISO 27001 management system.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, gap analyses, and maintain up-to-date documentation.

5. Group-Level Security Compliance Oversight:

• Monitor and review the information security compliance status of all subsidiaries, including overseas operations in Singapore, Australia, Shenzhen, and Thailand.
• Develop and enforce group-wide security guidelines and standards.

6. Technology and Policy Updates:

• Stay updated on the latest regulations (e.g., CCPA, SOX) and industry standards.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance compliance capabilities.

7. Cloud Security and Digital Transformation Support:

• Support digital transformation initiatives by ensuring security compliance in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
