IT Infrastructure Manager
Summary
Senior IT role at a Brooklyn human-services agency: manages and secures on-premises and cloud infrastructure — servers, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID, virtualization, networking, backup and disaster recovery — while leading projects, coordinating vendors, and overseeing/coaching IT staff.
The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the administration, security, reliability, and continuous improvement of the Agency’s technology infrastructure.
