Summary
Leads and maintains enterprise IT infrastructure across multiple sites — networks, servers, data centre and end-user computing — while managing a technical team. Day to day involves upgrades and migrations, security patching and ISO 27001 compliance, disaster recovery planning, and vendor management. Core stack: enterprise networking, Microsoft (Windows Server, AD, M365), VMware/Hyper-V.
Salary: $6,000 – $9,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the overall IT infrastructure environment across multiple operational sites to ensure smooth business operations.
Oversee the performance, reliability and availability of network systems, servers, data centre facilities and end-user computing infrastructure.
Drive infrastructure enhancement initiatives, including network modernisation, server upgrades, system migrations and technology improvements.
Provide technical leadership in diagnosing and resolving complex infrastructure issues while minimising business disruptions.
Establish and maintain IT security practices, including vulnerability remediation, system patching, access management and endpoint protection.
Ensure infrastructure operations adhere to corporate security policies, regulatory requirements and ISO 27001 standards.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery procedures, backup strategies and business continuity plans.
Coordinate with internal departments, external service providers and technology partners to ensure effective IT service delivery.
Monitor vendor performance, service agreements, maintenance activities and contract renewals.
Supervise and mentor the infrastructure team, ensuring proper resource allocation, task prioritisation and operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate technical documentation, standard operating procedures and IT service management processes.
Work closely with regional IT teams and business stakeholders to align infrastructure improvements with organisational requirements.
Job Requirements
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise IT infrastructure administration, implementation and support.
Demonstrated experience managing technical teams and overseeing infrastructure operations in a corporate environment.
Strong technical expertise in enterprise networking technologies, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, firewalls, routing and switching.
Proficient in Microsoft infrastructure technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange and Microsoft 365.
Practical experience supporting virtualised environments such as VMware and Hyper-V, along with enterprise storage solutions.
Solid understanding of IT security principles, infrastructure hardening, vulnerability management and regulatory compliance.
Experience managing IT infrastructure projects, system upgrades, technology refreshes and migration activities.
Familiarity with backup solutions, disaster recovery planning and business continuity management.
